Hi, We received a public comment on one of our IMPLAN analysis with concern that the model is likely to overstate the impacts of a project even when conservative estimates are used, since IMPLAN is an input-output model that has no price/substitution effects. Based on my initial research, it seems that this could be true, particularly if one is modeling a large region or for a project that would occur in the long-term. Does IMPLAN have a standard response to this concern? Thanks in advance, Lorianne
