Invalid Microsoft Word & Excel reports

    Office 2007 dropped support for wk1 files. Just save them as a tab delimited file and you can open then.

    That certainly works as an alternative way to view the raw data, but I was hoping there would still be a way for me to export formatted reports (like I could with in MS Word). Any alternative ways to export a formatted report?

    I had no luck with Microsofts workaround to remove the restriction either (regedit directory they specify does not exist). But you can use the \"trusted site\" workaround (option 1). I got that to work for Microsoft word with no problem and it does read the IMPLAN \"word\" export file.
