Error message regarding object disconnect

I am getting back to using my IMPLAN models after about a year. During that time I had a change in computers. When I try to print or save the model or any results I get "Error: Automation Error The object involved has disconnected from its clients. Code: -2147417848" Something is not communicating. What remedy would you suggest? Evert Van Der Heide Calvin College

  Can you create a new model and do analysis? Have you reinstalled the structural matrices for the saved models (there are links)? If so, I suggest reinstalling software - make sure you have admin privileges.

  I am getting this same error. I have been using the software all day, and this all the sudden appeared. I have installed all the new structural matrices for the 07 data. If I have to reinstall the software, will I be able to use the models I've already built?

  Uninstall and reinstall. You can still use your existing models. Be sure to download the latest version from our web site from here: http://implan.com/index.php?option=com_docman&task=cat_view&gid=61&Itemid=65

  I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software with the latest version according to the web address in your last post. I am still getting the same error. We are running Vista Enterprise with UAC turned off. Any other suggestions to fix this problem?

  I have also tried creating a new model and still get error code: -2147417848.

  I also tried loading the updated software, 07 data and structural matrices on a completely different computer, but no luck...I get the same error message. I would appreciate a reply as I need to use this program as soon as possible.
