Errors in using the 2001 structural matrix

I just received the 2001 state total for Washington and for the US. I have tried to create models using these files and in both cases I hit the following errors/roadblocks. When I try to create the model the process stops with the message: The following structural matrix is not installed: 01nat509.ims The message box asks if I would like to retrieve this file from IMPLAN, but when I tell it yes, another box comes up saying "invalid procedure call" and the retrieval routine stops at that point. I tried searching your website for 01nat509.ims and your search function returns nothing. So, what next?

  The structural matrices are under Downloads>Structural Matrices for Various Years. Save it to a temp directory and execute the downloaded install routine.
