Can't Generate Reports
I'm building models using the 2007 data for the first time, and having trouble generating reports. I saw the issues other people were having, so I reinstalled Implan using the latest demo version off the website and started with a completely new model using 2007 data. When I ask it to print the Output, VA, Employment report (whether to printer, print preview, or file), I get the following:
File could not be opened "SA050" at file location "SA050 Report."
and then:
Error (23015) The following error has occurred in the application: Error Code: 20998
Any ideas what the problem is?

Problem Solved...sort of. For some reason, it seems related to where the models are saved. If I use the default (C:/Program Files/IMPLAN Professional 2.0/Models), everything works fine. Or the desktop, or within My Documents but not buried too deep, all is okay. But for some reason the one path (no special characters, just layers deep in folders) makes it bomb. I'll just have to be a little less organized.:) -

I am guessing the field size that holds the model name for reports is limited - I don't know if it would be an IMPLAN limitation or a Crystal reports limitation. Send the e-mail to info@implan.com. Thanks -

I lost my implan states data cd for 2001. However I needed to go back to the work that I did 2 years back. I do have the models in my Implan folder. The model do open. It says Social Accounts Constructed -(RPC: MAX). When I tried to export the reports it gave me an error. I could not export SAM 26 file CGE format files. Please help. My guess is I should be able to export the file when I have the model. The error message that I get is: Error: The Insert Into Statement contains the following unknow filed name: 'Transaction'. Make sure you have typed the name correctly, and try the operation agai.. Code:3127. I would also like to make a note that: I was able to export Industry by commodity sam . The only problem was with 26 file cge format files. Hoping that you would respond me quickly -

I had no trouble with it. Zip and email the model to support@implan.com. -

Hello! I was trying to view a report that was created in a few months ago, but I got an error message 20998. It seems like similar to the IMPLAN user above, it seems related to where the model is saved. When I had the model saved in a long file path, I wasn't able to view the reports. But when I copied the model to the default under program files, I was able to view the reports. Has there been a solution to this problem? Thank you, Jocelyn -
