Reference Manual broken links...

I apologize that you are having trouble with the links. Are you using the pdf, or are you actually using the online Knowledge Base? If you are using the pdf, those links unfortunately will all be pointing to a previous version of the website that is no longer in existence. This pdf was produced for individuals who wanted to be able to print a copy of the manual, or who wanted to print pages from the manual, and is not actually intended to be used with the links. Please note as well that the PDF is not updated and may contain old screen shots or old information. We recommend that you use the online knowledge base found under Support>Knowledge Base> Reference Manual. Because Version 3.0 has incurred numerous updates since its initial release (when the pdf was produced), we have opted to keep the fully functional reference manual online where it can be readily modified to reflect changes. If you do however come across a link in the online database that is not active, or if we have missed several links, or an entire page in the online knowledge base, please let us know what page you are looking at by providing us either the title or the link to the page, and the link or links that are not functioning (if its only one or two; if its a whole page, please note that as well). We will do our best to get this updated immediately, and then notify you when the update is complete. Thanks, Frances
