    The first thing to check is that your software is up-to-date: The version of your software can be found under Help > About. The latest version of the software is 3.0.16.2. You can download the latest updates by going to Help > Check for Updates. If going to Help > Check for Updates doesn't get you up-to-date, you can download and run the updates manually from here: http://implan.com/V4/index.php?option=com_docman&task=cat_view&gid=160&Itemid=7. You may also want to try re-downloading your data: from within the software, go to Help > Download Data If these don't fix it, please call technical support at 651-439-4421 or e-mail them at support@implan.com. The more details you can provide them about your data order, the faster they'll be to track down the issue.
