    Jagdish: A couple quick questions regarding your issues: 1. Is this the first time you are using IMPLAN on said computer. 2. Have you killed the configuration file? 3. What operating system are you on and what virus scanners are you using. Bob

    Hi Bob, Yes, This is the first time i am using IMPLAN on my computer. I haven't killed any Configuration file ( What is the name of configuration file and where is it located?) I am using Windows XP Professional Service pack 3. I am using Sophos Protection as virus scanner. Jagdish

    Hi Jagdish, dll errors are associated to the software not being able to run its command functions because the background commands (in Microsoft) are being prevented from executing properly. We asked about the OS because Vista has some known issues where the .net framework needs to be re-downloaded. If these are related to an installation issue, reinstalling the software usually fixes the problem. However, in your case, since that didn't fix the problem, I would recommend contacting you IT team and having them assist you. A number of virus scanners can interrupt dll commands.
