I conducted a household income change impact analysis for the state of California and all 58 counties separately. The sum of the county analysis household income change is the same as the statewide analysis. The cumulative employment generated for the County analysis is about 13% less than the statewide analysis. I didn’t expect them to be exact, but that is a relatively big difference. Could someone please provide insight on why the employment numbers vary to that degree?
