    Hi Tanner! Thank you so much for your forum post. It sounds as since you have specific information as to what the budget is being spent on; you are going to use IMPLAN's Industry Change Activity for each of these budget categories. Used in this manner, while your results from this study run will appear in the Direct row; they are actually 1st round of Indirect Effects. They should then be added to the Indirect Row. As an addition, I wanted to confirm that you are also setting the LPP to SAM Model Value. Since you are using the Government Payroll Sector (533)to model the Direct payroll spend; you are not double counting. I did want to mention though, using this Sector will not produce Indirect Results. We recommend running both impacts separate, make your adjustment - add your Direct row to your Indirect - then export your results to Export and add together to get a Total Impact.
