Construction Sectors
Hello,
I am trying to figure out which sectors would be the best ones to estimate the impact of a residential mixed-use building.
- The building will be an 8-stories with 171 units of upscale market rate residential and 8,600 sf of retail/restaurant and 2 levels of structured parking. The total gross square feet in residential is 179,208, and 50,000 sf in structured parking.
- Hard construction cost is estimated at $23.3 M
I am thinking either to do it all under sector 60 or 61, or maybe 60 and some commercial construction.
Any ideas? Any input would be great!
