    Hi Will,

    Thank you for your patience while we worked on your post. In order to model for demolition costs, we recommend Analysis-by-Parts (ABP) methodology where you can import a construction sector and modify the coefficients to reflect the usage of commodities appropriately. For example: if you think you may not need commodities like concrete, you can zero it out OR reduce the coefficient to reflect the correct amount of concrete that's being used.     As a side note, the response from 4 years ago on IMPLAN Forum is still relevant if in case you would like to use it as a reference.
