The question was what is the best source for disposible income calculations. That can be calculated for each household income category using the Implan Social Accounts. To create the SAM report, click the reports button and select tab 3 SAM, then select the first text only report Industry x Commodity SAM Aggregated Industries, Row detail. Save it as a text file and you can open it in Excel. You should get the text to columns wizard. Find columns 10001 to 10009. Sum their total expenditures and then divide the total expenditure by the sum of expenditures on commodities.
