The only real fix for that is to uninstall the software and then reinstall using the latest version from here: http://implansupport.com/index.php?option=com_docman&task=cat_view&gid=61&Itemid=65 It says demo, but it is a full version. You will need your key code to reinstall.

I followed the instructions when installing but as I click on the setup application file, I got the following error: \"Cannot find file C:\DOCUME~1\ .... (or one of its components). Check to ensure the path and filename are correct and that all required libraries are available.\" What do I need to do?

I am getting the same error when viewing impact tables. Has there been further progress on this issue since February 2008? Or is the only way to fix the problem still to uninstall and reinstall? I am running version 2.0.1025. Thanks.

A reinstall is the only fix. Again, that issues is with a Crystal Reports DLL we used. The failure is occurring in that DLL. We do not have access to that DLL.
