    Did you run the install program? You can also extract the file from the exe using win zip and copy the 06nat509.ims file to c:\program files\implan professional 2.0 folder using windows explorer.

    Yes, I did run the install program. Also, I copy the file to c:program files/implan professional 2.0 first and then install it. But, I still get the error message.

    Sounds to me like you are using an old version of the software (can't use Access 2000 database format). Download the \"demo\" from support/download and reinstall using the CD key from your original disk. It is the real software with a CD key.
