Data Download Problem - Need to Resubmit

I had paid to download a series of zip codes on Sundday afternoon. After submitting the request and making panyment, the message indicated there would be a download code which could be used to retrieve the data. I could find no donwload code in any of the emails - which worked. This is a fairly time sensitive issue for me so please help be doing the following: 1) Cancel the order (and associated charges) for the data I ordered on Sunday. 2) Send me directions for downloading a second attempt of a data set (zip codes) I desperatly need to start working on this morning.   I emailed you on this as well. Doug is creating the file. The zipcode files are not immediately downloadable. We have to create the file and there is no one in the office on Sundays. We will cancel the duplicate order.
