I had paid to download a series of zip codes on Sundday afternoon. After submitting the request and making panyment, the message indicated there would be a download code which could be used to retrieve the data. I could find no donwload code in any of the emails - which worked. This is a fairly time sensitive issue for me so please help be doing the following: 1) Cancel the order (and associated charges) for the data I ordered on Sunday. 2) Send me directions for downloading a second attempt of a data set (zip codes) I desperatly need to start working on this morning.
