Error codes when opening reports

I have built a model using a 2007 data file and structural matrix (the first model I've built with 2007 data). I can construct the model and see the study are summary information, but when I go to open reports, I get one of the two following messages: Error -2147417848: The object invoked has disconnected from its client Error 20520: Job already started I noticed that others have had this problem, so I reinstalled the structural matrices and re-built the model (twice) and I'm still having problems. Oddly enough, after I rebuild the model I can usually open one report, but when I try to open another I get the same error message. Any suggestions?

  This is usually related to the Crystal dll. You will need to reinstall the IMPLAN software (not the structural matrices). Make sure you have the latest software (download the "demo" from the website) - if your CD is less than a year old, it is the latest software.
