Couple things to check: 1) Does your model name include any upper ascii characters (eg, ',/!$ etc)? If so, go to file>save as and name it something with only alpha-numeric characters. 2) Will it print preview or print any other files? If not, you may need to reinstall the software. Usually it means that one of the dll's is corrupted (usually the crystal reports dll).

After you reinstalled the software did you restart the machine? Also, are you using the default IMPLAN directory or did you install it somewhere else?

I didn't reinstall the software since I didn't think I had to given that other reports were printing. Yes...I am in the default directory.

Each report has its own template file, if there is a problem with them, they may be recovered on reinstalling. It that doesn't fix it, zip up the model (region name.iap) file and send it to info@implan.com and I'll take a look. thanks

Slightly bizarre possibility is if you are saving the model to a lengthy directory tree or if your model has an extremely long name. The variable passing the name is limited and it may be being cut off. You could try putting the model in a temp directory (like c:\temp) and see if it prints from there.
