About the only thing to do is uninstall and reinstall. Get the latest version from here: http://implan.com/index.php?option=com_docman&task=doc_download&gid=18&Itemid=65

The software installs the old library. You will have to download the current one and copy it into the main IMPLAN directory: downloads>implan supplemental files>2007 to current IMPLAN supplemental files.

Maybe I misunderstood, are you trying use the SIC or NAICs aggregation template or print the study area>IMPLAN to SIC or NAICs report? With the 2007 data you have to use the 440 NAICs template to aggregate. If it's the report, can you print any of the reports? Is it happening with print preview as well as printing to a file or a printer? Do you have read/write privileges to all IMPLAN directories? Ie, did you install the software yourself or does a tech do it? If a tech does it, have him give you read/write privileges to all IMPLAN directories. 32004 is a general print error when printing the multiplier report. What was the error wording? 32006 is a general print error when printing to a file. What was the error wording? 23015 is related to sending a report to a printer. So obviously you cannot do any of the print options. Scott, was right, usually these errors are a result of either not being able to open with writing capablility a print component (privileges issue). Or a corrupt/out of date Crystal Reports component which can be fixed by reinstalling the software.
