    It doesn't take much employment to satisfy a $1 household demand. Set the group level for household demand to $1,000,000. If you want employment on a per dollar basis then divide by 1,000,000 (you will end up with very tiny employment numbers). If you were a user of the old DOS version of IMPLAN the confusion lies in the default impact values of millions of dollars. Current IMPLAN works with impact values of dollars.
