2004 structural matrices in 3.0

I'm trying to build a model in 3.0 with 2004 data, and I keep downloading the 2004 structural matrices, but the program keeps telling me "the structural table is not available for 2004. Do you want to download it?" The clickable option doesn't seem to work, so I went to the website and downloaded 04wstrtc.exe, then ran it. Where should I save it so that the model will find it? Or is there some other trick? I've tried many options, to no avail... Any tips appreciated!

  Up to now we have only fully tested the 2007 and 2008 version 3 structural matrices. I will upload all matrices from 1996 and up so that the automatic download feature works (the software will not work with older data files). Let me know if there are any issues with the 2004 data. I tried it and was able to generate multipliers. The 04wstrct.exe file is for version 2. I'll post another message here as soon as the files are up.

  Ok, the structural matrices are available and the automatic download worked for me. Give it a try. Note, you will have to use econometric RPCs as the gravity model trade flows do not exist for older data.
