.Net 3.5 Framework Incompatibility

The software I use to emulate windows apparently doesn't play well with the Microsoft .NET 3.5 framework used in the Implan setup. While I realize this goes beyond normal technical support - is there a way to install Implan 3.0 using only the .NET 2.0 framework?

  The entire app targets the 3.5 framework, not just the installer. I am surprised that your software only uses 2.0. That is pretty old.
