Appliance vs. Software

Hello, I attended an IMPLAN seminar in 2010 and have an appliance that I use to look at relationships within the model. A coworker of mine also has an appliance, and she uses it to run analyses. We were working together on a project and she showed me a model on her appliance using MY laptop. The appliance said that an update was available and we downloaded it before we began working. Now when I go to plug in MY appliance, I get a message saying "This Appliance is not registered to run with your software" and the program closes. Please help.

  You can't switch appliances like that. She must have installed from her appliance. You will have to call in to get help resetting the config file. Someone should be here after 10CDT that can help.
