Getting different events/coefficients when importi

Hi, I imported the State/Local Govnt NonEducation spending pattern, then I did it again (i.e. as another activity), and I got different events and coefficients the second time. I tried it a third time to double check, and I got yet another set of events and coefficients. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks for your help! Cathy

  Hi Cathy, When you import a spending pattern, the software doesn't automatically show the events for that activity; rather, it shows the events for the first activity in your list of activities in that model. Is it possible that you are viewing the events for one of your other activities? Also, in older versions of the V3 software there was an issue with a temp table that was not clearing out. To check that you have the latest version of the software, go to [i]Help > About[/i]. The current version is 3.0.13.2. If neither of those solves it, please feel free to give us a call at 651-439-4421 and we can use a LogMeIn session to get it figured out with you.

  Hi Jenny, Thank you for your help. I am looking at the correct patterns, so they are actually different. I checked and I have version 3.0.12.2. Is that the version with the problem? Do you think that it will be fixed if I update? Thanks! Cathy

  It's always a good idea to have the most up-to-date version of the software. Go to [i]Help > Check for Updates[/i] and the software should automatically find the necessary updates. If you cannot access the update through the software, you can download the update: Click [url=http://implan.com/V4/index.php?option=com_docman&task=doc_download&gid=193&Itemid=7]here[/url] and select "Save" to download this file to a location on your hard drive such as the desktop. Extract the files and navigate to the upzipped folder. Then click the Implan3Update.exe file to start the process.
