MRIO vs MSA regional Model Results

I have a three county MSA. I have run the #s as one region and MRIO. In general, is there a rule of thumb on how the results will differ or what is the acceptable range? In my construction example, results varied as follows: Employment: 4.2% Labor Income: -11.7% Value Added: -8.0% Output: -5.0% Apologies if there is a link or document that explains this issue.
