I Cannot Get the Mult-Regional screen to appear

Hi: I have enabled the trade-flows user preferences and I am using an unaggregated model. How do I get the mult-regional screen to appear? Thanks Steve

  Click File/User Preferences select the Analysis tab and then check Advanced Modeling and Enable Multi-Regional Analysis
