Cross regional impact effects
How can you use the program to calculate the estimated effects of a shock in one region has in another region?
For example, region A is linked to region B in an MRIO model. It is easy to see what a shock does to the sectors of region A. However, how can one use the software to estimate the impact a shock in region A has in region B?
Please help! Thanks!

Hi Ken, When you link models together via MRIO, and you have the scenario set to view an Multi-regional scenario, you will notice that the bottom left-hand windows includes a box entitled "Models Included". In this box you should see both your region A model and your region B model. A or the model that initiates the Scenario and thus includes the Direct Effects, will always show by default, but you can click on B, to see the impact results that occur in Model B as a result of the stimulus in A. These will by default always only include Indirect and Induced impacts. Please let us know if you have any additional questions.
