If I am going to cite the IMPLAN manual by Frances Day, what publication date should I use? Ditto for the software. Thanks

  Hi Dick. It looks like the publishing date of the first edition of the book was Feb 2012. The second printing was January 23, 2014. We hope this answers your question.
