Cannot get IMPLAN software to work

I had IMPLAN in my laptop and had used it many times before. But today when I open the IMPLAN it says "You are working with Test ToolStripLabelAggregated" and I cannot do anything in the software. I have also attached the screenshot of software. Can you help me fix this??
