Hi Harriet! Thank you for your post! You have a couple of different options on running this historical study. You want to ideally use data that most represents the economy 5 years ago and purchasing that data set. Either the 2008 data set (2013- 5 years) or the 2010 data set (2015- 5 years). However, if not realistic, then yes you can use your 2013 data and set your Event Year and Dollar Year for View to the year your event occurred (2008 or 2010). The Deflators while adjusting for the value of the entered dollars don't actually chance the underlying Multiplier and Industry relationships. Since you indicated you have the 2013 data, if you do purchase the historical data set, this can be purchase at a discount. Please let us know if you are interested!! Thanks!

Hi, Yes I'd like to purchase two counties (2013) and four counties 2008 (Nassau and Clay Counties in FL). I may two counties 2008 on my IMPLAN hard drive. I can't get it to open still of course, I wonder if you can check to see if I purchased 2008 data for Duval and St. Johns Counties? Thanks, Harriet Stranahan Professor of Economics University of North Florida Jacksonville, FL 32224
