Hi! We have the desktop Implan 3, and are running an analysis looking at the impact of loans offered in different counties and years. My questions are: 1. Should we run each loan specific to the county, or to the state so that it captures effects outside of the county? I saw that for MRIO we would just select the county, but wasn’t sure for our version of Implan. 2. Should we conduct separate analyses for each county and year—but not necessarily for each loan? (So if 2 loans occurred in the same county and year, we could run a single analysis with multiple activities) 3. We are looking at the impact of the loans themselves. So as much as possible, we are trying to identify where the money is spent. For working capital, should we use the NAICS code of the business if we don’t have more information? And should we include anything about interest or the money being pulled back out of the business to pay off the loan? 4. Also, for equipment purchases--if we aren't sure of the purchase should we treat it as a retail sale w margining? Thanks!
